If you have been a valued customer of ours for some time, please be aware that we have recently altered the format of our bonus system since the last time you may have received a bonus.

Since bonus money is intended for wagering purposes only, money that has been credited to your account as a bonus may not be withdrawn from your account until you have fulfilled the specific "wagering requirements" associated with the bonus(es) that you have received. The "wagering requirements" for valid bonus promotions are posted on our website. It is also very important to note that whenever you place bets using bonus money, any subsequent winnings from these bets will also become bonus money.

How does the bonus program work?

When you place a bet, the money used to cover your bet will naturally be taken from the funds in your account. The balance in your account includes real money AND bonus money. The real money in your account is, initially, the money you have deposited yourself. The real money in your account will always be used first to cover your bets. If you win by betting with real money, these winnings will also be considered real money.

If you should spend all the real money in your account, you can deposit additional funds to continue to place bets with real money OR you can continue to play by placing bets with any bonus money that has been credited to your account. However, it is important to note that any winnings from bets placed with bonus money also become bonus money, and the bonus money in your account cannot be withdrawn until you have fulfilled the wagering requirements associated with the bonus(es) that you have received (in which case the bonus money in your account will be converted into real money.)

If you have insufficient real money in your account to cover a bet, the real money remaining in your account will be used to cover a portion of your bet, while the remainder of your bet will be covered with bonus money in your account. If you win this so-called mixed bet that includes bonus money, your winnings will be credited to your account as bonus money, except for the amount of real money that was used to cover a portion of your bet, which will be credited to your account as real money.

When will the bonus be deposited into my account?

When you have satisfied the necessary terms and conditions of the bonus promotion, the bonus money will be credited to your account when you next pay a visit to the gaming venue's lobby or main menu. If, for example, the terms and conditions state that you must wager a certain amount of money in the games before the bonus is credited to your account, the bonus will be credited to your account after you have wagered at least the required amount and when you next visit the gaming venue's main menu or lobby. It is important to understand that, once you meet the necessary requirements, the system will not credit your account immediately! Your account will be credited with your earned bonus on your next visit to the gaming venue's lobby or main menu.

When can I cash out and how much can I withdraw?

You can cash out by withdrawing the real money in your account at any time. However, if you make a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements associated with your bonus(es), you will forfeit all bonus money in your account. Again, keep in mind that bonus money includes not only the amount of your initial bonus(es), but also the amount of any winnings resulting from bets placed with bonus money.

Once you fulfil the wagering requirements associated with the bonus(es) you have received, the bonus money in your account will become real money. It will then be made available for immediate withdrawal.

Consider the following example:
Let’s assume we offer you a bonus of $50 if you deposit $100 or more into your account. The terms and conditions of the bonus promotion state you must wager at least 10 times the amount of your bonus before you can make an account withdrawal without forfeiting the bonus money in your account.

You open a new account with a deposit of $100 and a bonus of $50 is credited to your account. Your balance is thus $150. The wagering requirements associated with your bonus is 10 times the amount of the bonus. This means you are required to wager at least a total of $500 (10 x $50) before you can make a withdrawal without having to forfeit all bonus money in your account.
You place an initial $20 bet in Blackjack. Your balance is thus $130.
If you win this even-money Blackjack bet, you receive $20 in winnings plus your original $20 bet, adjusting your account balance from $130 to $170. If you are unlucky and lose this first bet, your balance remains $130.
If you cash out at this point, you can withdraw the real money in your account: $120 if you won on your first wager or $80 if you lost on your first wager. However, if you cash out at this point, you will be making a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements associated with your bonus and would therefore lose your $50 bonus!
Instead of cashing out, you continue to play and eventually lose your original deposit of $100 plus any winnings made from real-money bets. There is no remaining real money in your account, but you continue placing bets using your $50 in bonus money. Any winnings from bets placed with bonus money are considered additional bonus money.
When you have continued to place bets with both real money and bonus money for a total combined wager (handle) of at least $500, the bonus money in your account will become real money. In other words, the money will be made available for immediate withdrawal or for use in placing bets to win more real money.

Where does it show how much I can withdraw?

To see exactly how much real money is available for withdrawal, please click on "Cashier." Your "WebDollar balance" is your total account balance, while your "Max Withdrawal" balance shows the amount of real money you can withdraw. If you have fulfilled the wagering requirements, both balances will be the same. If you have not fulfilled the wagering requirements, your "Max Withdrawal" balance = WebDollar balance – the amount of your bonus(es) – any winnings resulting from bets placed with bonus money.

What are "Qualify requirements" and "Wagering requirements"?

The unique terms and conditions of each bonus promotion are important to understand. There are essentially two important conditions of which the player should be aware. These conditions are called the "qualify requirements" and "wagering requirements" associated with each bonus promotion.

Say you have deposited money into your gaming account, and the amount of your deposit and the fulfillment of other criteria make you eligible to receive a bonus…

The "qualify requirements" of the bonus promotion essentially state how much you must wager in total from the moment of your deposit before the bonus can be credited to your gaming account. Some bonus promotions do not require any total wager before the bonus money is credited to your account, while others may require that you wager an amount equal to or greater than the amount of your future bonus (or the amount of your future bonus plus your deposit) multiplied by a certain number. Once you have wagered an amount equal to or greater than the amount required by the promotion, the bonus will be automatically credited to your account at the time you next visit the gaming venue's lobby or main menu.

The "wagering requirements" of the promotion state how much you must wager in total in applicable games from the moment the bonus is credited to your account before the bonus money in your account is converted into real money. Most promotions may require that you wager an amount equal to or greater than the amount of the bonus that has been credited to your account (or the amount of your bonus plus your deposit) multiplied by a certain number. It is important to note that your wagers in the games will not count towards your fulfillment of "wagering requirements" until the time that the bonus was actually credited to your gaming account. (As explained in the preceding paragraph, an earned bonus is credited to your account when you next visit the gaming venue's lobby or main menu after fulfilling the bonus promotions "qualify requirements.")

It is also important to note that your wagers in certain games may not apply to your fulfillment of "wagering requirements." Make note of the game(s) that are considered exempt in terms and conditions of the promotion from which you were awarded your most recent bonus. Your wagers in these games will not apply toward your fulfillment of "wagering requirements."

Bonus System Summary

Your bets will always be covered first by the real money in your account (as opposed to the bonus money in your account). Real money is money you have deposited into your account plus winnings resulting from bets made with real money.
When no real money remains in your account, you can continue to place bets using any bonus money that has been credited to your account. Any winnings from bets placed with bonus money are credited to your account as additional bonus money.
Whenever you make a withdrawal from your account, you can only withdraw the real money in your account (i.e. your total account balance less the amount of the bonus(es) you have received less any winnings resulting from bets placed with bonus money).
If you decide to request a withdrawal before fulfilling the "wagering requirements" associated with your bonus(es), please bear in mind that you will forfeit all bonus money in your account! Once forfeited, bonus money will not be returned to your account, even if your withdrawal request cannot be processed for some reason
When you have fulfilled the wagering requirements, the bonus money remaining in your account will become real money. In other words, it will become immediately available for withdrawal or it can be used to place bets to win more real money.
