Terms and Conditions for Wagering and Bonuses
- Eligibility is limited to registered players, each of whom holds a
valid gaming account. A 'First Deposit Bonus/Welcome Bonus' will only
apply to players who open new accounts and have not yet received a bonus.
- This bonus promotion is valid for only one (1) account per player, and
all promotions are available only once per person, household, address,
e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, and environment where
computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library,
workplace, etc).
- A player who holds multiple accounts is not eligible to receive a
bonus for each account. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses
for which he/she is not eligible will have his/her accounts closed and any
winnings that have been credited to his/her accounts will become null and
void. All pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled.
- 'First Deposit Bonus/Welcome Bonus': The player must make a minimum
deposit of $20 and wager the deposit amount and the bonus amount before
making an account withdrawal without losing the bonus money in his/her
account. Please note that other types of bonus campaigns may have
different wagering requirements, which are specified in the terms and
conditions for each specific promotion.
- Please note that a player must purchase a minimum of $20 and wager (x)
times the deposit amount and (x) times the bonus amount before making any
withdrawals. If you wish to withdraw prior to fulfilling the wagering
requirement, your bonus will be removed from your account. This is in the
interest of fair play considering that any wager in our games can return a
sizeable winning.
- Due to the abuse of bonus promotions by players residing in Denmark,
Israel and China players from those countries who are awarded a
bonus imay be required to wager more times the sum of his/her
deposit plus his/her bonus before making an account withdrawal without
losing the bonus money in his/her account.
- Each bonus campaign may have unique rules regarding the specific games
the customer can play in order to satisfy the wagering requirements of
that campaign.
- The bonus will be credited to the player's account within 24 hours
after the player's qualifying deposit.
- Players who win a large sum of money in our games agree to allow the
management to contact them in an effort to arrange an event to publicize
the win.
- All personal data entrusted to us will be protected. However, we
reserve the right to use first names or nicknames in announcements
regarding this promotion.
- In the event of any dispute, the final decision will be made by the
manager, a Boss Media representative or WebDollar representative. No
further correspondence will be entered into.
- Employees, officers and directors of our company as well as
individuals employed by promotional or other affiliated agencies,
licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or
affiliated companies are not eligible for participation in this bonus
promotion. Neither are persons directly related to or with close personal
ties to such individuals.
- Participants who fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions
of the bonus promotion stipulated here will forfeit their bonus. It will
subsequently be removed from their gaming account.
- We reserve the right to bar any individual who abuses this promotion
from receiving this bonus or participating in any other bonus promotions.
We also reserve the right to pass on any information regarding abusers to
WebDollar and Boss Media. All persons regarded by Boss Media or WebDollar
to be promotional abusers lose membership at all gaming companies that
utilize the services of WebDollar and Boss Media. Moreover, in the event
that a barred person (or an individual who bears likeness to a barred
person) attempts to open an account, his/her account will become void
retroactive to one (1) second after the account was opened.
- Only the original account holder will be granted winnings. No
transference of winnings is allowed. Any account that violates this term
will be closed and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.
- Management reserves the right to change or end this promotional offer
at any time prior to its expiration date.
